2022 Beijing Winter Olympics

Tri olimpijska sela za Zimske olimpijske igre 2022. u tri takmičarske zone Peking, Yanqing i Zhangjiakou otvorena su u četvrtak.

Narednih dana u sela će ući oko 2.880 sportista iz 91 delegacije. U četvrtak se očekuje dolazak njih preko 360 iz više od 20 delegacija.

Delegations have confirmed there will be a total of 4,129 people living in the three villages, 1,497 in the Beijing competition zone, 986 in Yanqing and 1,646 in Zhangjiakou.

Zimske olimpijske igre 2022. održaće se od 4. do 20. februara u tri takmičarske zone. U proteklih nekoliko sedmica, čelnici država i Olimpijskih komiteta mnogih zemalja i regiona uputili su svoju podršku i želje za Peking 2022., kao i svoje protivljenje bilo kakvom pokušaju politizacije Igara.

In seven days, the 2022 Winter Olympic flame will be lit at the opening ceremony at Beijing National Stadium on February 4. Russian President Vladimir Putin, Argentine President Alberto Fernández, Cambodian King Norodom Sihamoni and other heads of state will all be attending the opening ceremony.
